At MCoBeauty, we want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
